COMPOSITION:
Spasmocalm - 20 mg
Hyoscine butylbromide - 10 mg
Noramidopyrine sulfonas sodium - 500 mg
in one ampoule of 1 ml and one suppository

ACTION:
A combined preparation of the spasmolytics spasmocalm and buscolysin and the non-narcotic analgesic analgin. Spasmocalm possesses a strong spasmolytic myotropic action which surpasses 2 times that of papaverin. Buscolysin (a derivative of scopolamine) exercises a spasmolytic action by blocking the peripheral M-cholinoreceptors. Analgin has a good analgesic and spasmolytic effect. The spasmolytic activity of the combination is about 5 times higher than that of papaverine, and approximately 2 times higher than that of spasmocalm.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Allergy to some of the components of the preparation, hypotension, severe diseases of the hepatic and renal parenchyma.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Parenterally (s.c. and i.m.) - 1 ampoule 2-3 times daily.
Rectally - 1-2 suppositories daily.

MEDICINAL FORM AND PACKAGE:
Ampoules of 1 ml in packs of 3 and 10.
Suppositories - in packs of 3.

STORAGE:
At moderate temperature (15-30° C).

EXPIRY:
3 (three) years.
